I like the concept Trooper, too.  I just don't know if I'm going to army build with this one.  That would be kind of weird.

I don't him hate by far but he doesn't get me overly excited as all the others in the wave.

I gotta agree w/ Nick and say army building w/ him would be a little weird... Though I'd love having multiples of that base he comes w/  

It's funny how closely he and the Space Trooper resemble one another.

The base is very cool.  Unfortunately, it looks as though they might be  moving away from the stylized base concept.   The images that Hasbro put out a couple of weeks ago showed figures with non-descript, non scene-specific bases.  That's a little bit of a disappointment, since I'm a big fan of the scene specifc bases.

I like them all.  I think I'm going to put the Troopers (well if I get my case I preordered I'll have two) on the book shelf with some of the older books.  I think they'll look pretty cool with the 'Splinters of the Minds Eye' book facing out.   It'll be a EU theme going.
Now as for the other stuff....I can't wait to bulid the outlander club!!  I have lots of ideas for that but Padme and the Imperial Dignatary will be stuck in the mass of figures that don't have a major theme going yet.  Actually, the Dignatary does but it's not that grand of a scale.
All in all, I like what's coming and am hoping that my preorder comes through!!

Where is your preorder at Beth?  I must confess to having pretty much given up on Newforce.  Rick isn't responding to emails anymore.  Mine anyway.  I'm sure I'm not the only one.

I pre-ordered at EE.  Rick didn't have them up at Newforce.
Kebco also has them but I just went with EE.
