Currently listening to these guys--probably the most important band of the 21st century:

Drove to Des Moines today for work, listened too:

Benaroya Hall
Blind Melon Greatest Hits (Great Disc BTW)
Abbey Road
Alice in Chains Jar of Flies

Good stuff, I have some more Greatest Hits discs lined up for the return 5-6 hour trip (depending on pee breaks and WalMart stops) on teh way home tomorrow

BTW, if you've noticed a drop off in quality around here today and tomorrow, its cause I'm gone ;)

It's got a good beat, and you can dance to it.

Evanescence:  Fallen

I'm trying to decide if I like or not.  I like the metal tones and the female vocalist harkens me back to the days of Lee Aaron, though this is heavier and she seems to have more talent.  It's kind of dark though, almost like it would fit as a soundtrack to a darkly themed movie, like Seven.  Can't crank it here at work though.

Currently getting a TON of playtime in my car is Black Label Society's Hangover Music Vol. VI

While on my PC at home, the music getting the most play is Dream Theater doing a live cover in it's entirety of Iron Maiden's Number of the Beast
