The newest addition to my iPod:

Medulla by Bjork

Sure, she dresses like a freak, but Bjork will always have a special place in my music collection.  I fell in love with her voice back in 1993, and have everything she's done since (despite her ugly swan outfits).

If you like things that are "different", you'll like this.  If you hate weird music, stay away, my friend.

Not a big, big fan of Bjork's solo stuff, although I dug the Sugarcubes.

I think she's a total babe, though.

Nicklab, how's that Sloan CD?  I've heard good things, and I'm trying to ween myself from illegal downloads....worth buying?

As for me, right now I'm kind of feeling like I should be dancing:

Best Pink Floyd cover ever.

Thought I'd throw this out there, just decided to pull some new discs to go into my 10 cd changer in my car and I came up with this...

AC/DC - Live
Dream Theater - Six Degrees of Inner Turbulence (both discs)
Kenny Wayne Shepherd - Live On
Pearl Jam - Ten
Stevie Ray Vaughn & Double Trouble - Live Alive
Slayer - Reign In Blood & South of Heaven (all on one disc)
Pantera - Vulgar Display of Power
Megadeth - So Far So Good So What & Rust In Peace (all on one disc)
Black Label Society - Hangover Music Vol. VI

Track 23, coincidently the final song in the cd- “One o’clock High” deals with a bitter man whose lady works the late shift at a stripclub, it’s a toetapper.

Their last two CD's have been pretty bad - but this one is very very good.

Newest album from Chevelle. Pretty good. I don't think it's as good as the last one, but this one is growing on me.

Oh man I can't stand Chevelle. Being their homegrown boys, they get a lot of airtime here in Chicago, but they sound so generic and annoying. I saw them 4 or 5 years ago opening up for Local H as part of a music fest and they seemed to be ok, doing some unique stuff with a keyboard, but everything I've heard since then has been bad to me. Eh to each his own...
