Oh man.  Neal I agree 1,000%.  Very few of the Top 20 are actually so hot that it's conceivable that they might be among the hottest people on Earth.  What this is, is "The Top 100 Popular Rich People That We Want To Promote As Being Hot Because We'll Make Money Off Of Them."

In reality, possibly with the exception of Jessica Alba ::drool:: the top 100 hottest people are people you've never seen or heard of, but they are out there.  Maybe at your local shopping mall, maybe driving by you on the freeway one day, but lack the ambition or resources to get noticed.

But Lindsay Lohan as the hottest.  HA!!  Yeah sure.  Drunken cokehead loser.  Maxim ought to pull that issue and restore some of it's credibility.  Idiots.
