I got mine today also.  Very cool patches, not what I was expecting (larger) so I am all set to spend my $50.00 on stuff I don't need  ;).

PS:  Promo cards are so nice, I think I am going to buy the set.

You know I was thinking maybe they are updating their site also!

Maybe giving us, indivdual stuff, like figures, lightsabers, sets, etc.

That would be pretty cool.

Here's the latest email from shopstarwars.com:

Dear Fans,
Thank you for your continued patience. The gift certificates, patches, and promo cards have been sent. We are currently still working on the site. We do not have an exact date or time yet for re-launch, but we will post it here and on starwars.com in advance. We will be offering a way for those who placed orders with us to secure the items they originally ordered. We appreciate your support and look forward to your business in the near future.

Sincerely,
The StarWarsShop.com

That's cool that we will be able to get the original items we ordered.  Down side is I don't want the clonetrooper bust anymore and was hoping to order the cinemacast Vader instead....oh well.

Beat me to it Beth.

Feh, get the bust.  Sell it to someone that doesn't have a credit card.  Order the Vader.  You do have a $50 discount, after all. ;D

do you think they will still be giving the first 500 customers a free set of patches, since it still says that on the site, or did they give them all away already?

Email from StarWarsShop.com:

Dear March 10 Customers:

StarWarsShop.com will re-launch on April 14th at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time

If you placed a valid order at StarWarsShop.com on March 10 and received an order confirmation email, we are reserving inventory of limited quantity products for you. We will recreate your shopping cart with the items in your March 10 order. Just visit www.starwarsshop.com beginning April 14 at 9:00 a.m. and click on the home page Clone Trooper banner that says "click here if you placed an order on March 10th". You will be taken to a web page where you will enter your original Order Number from your order confirmation email. Your Order Number is the 10-digit number at the bottom of your order confirmation email. When you hit the submit button you will be transferred to your shopping cart where you can add or delete items, then proceed to check out. You will not be able to add more limited edition items than were in your original order.

The Revenge / Return of the Jedi patch set and Topps promotion card sets will not be added to your cart, as they have already been sent to you.  If you have a gift certificate from StarWarsShop.com, it may be used on this order.

This service is available only for the first 48 hours of the shop re-opening. It will no longer be available after 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time on April 16. After this time, any unclaimed inventory on limited edition items will open up to the public.

Each Order Number can be used only once.

Please send an email to customerservice@starwarsshop.com with any questions.

Thank you,

The Star Wars Shop Team

I wonder if there were any Cinemacast Vaders left before the shop closed?  I never added one to my card originally as I was at work and didn't have much time to look around.  I'm not going to get the green trooper I originally ordered so there is no need for me to go to my "reserved" cart.

I wonder if they will have the Star Destroyer case available now??  Or the Endor one.

Hmm...hope it works this time around.

FInally received my email with the instructions for tomorrow morning.  Nice time for me, should be wide awake.

However, like a dolt, I deleted the email that Jim sent me with the code for my GC :-[ so unless his package shows up tomorrow, I won't be using it then.

This is looking like a big win situation for SSW.com if all goes well from this point on.  I've certainly never been in a situation like this where compensation and customer service have been handled so well.

I lost my e-mail of my order so I asked for the SWshop to send me my original order number. They did! :)
I think the SWshop is doing one heck of a job in taking care of their customers. Way to go! Keep up the most outstanding work.
Can't wait to place my order again for my Clone Bust.

Good luck to all tomorrow.
For those of you looking for me. I am now at www.sandtroopers.com
