My boys are both fanatical about the whole Star Wars universe.
Basically when it comes down to it, they are made for children. My eldest, now 7, was 3 when he first watched A New Hope and was hooked instantly, the same with my little boy, he's only 4 and wants to Mace Windu.
Both of my children have inherited my Star Wars collection and of course now started their own.
Unless your kids are frightened of space monsters or your concerned about them copying lightsaber battles, don't stop them.
My wife has yet to come round to this, I feel a disturbance in the force...
