Thanks Matt :D  I was trying to figure out when to get some stands, but that solved that problem pretty quickly.  They ship by Air Parcel Post too, so only $28+ total for 100 stands shipped direct to me.  Oh sure, I'll get hit with customs, but geez, great deal.

those realstands are great. i bought about 500 of them for my loose modern collection around the beginning of the year, when they had a similar sale. i've had several other brands of stands, but these were definitely the best so far. and no, i'm not a spokesman for the company, i just really like their stuff  :D

I have about 200 of the modern stands and I should buy more.  Hopefully they'll repeat the sale in a while.

Does anyone know if the vintage stands work for the modern GI Joe figures?

And WTF?! on s&h.  I wanted ten sets at $1.49 ea/ so a total purchase prise of $14.90.

And they want $17.89 for s&h... ???

Got an email today saying my stands shipped.  Oh sure, the inventory types are limited but what a novel approach.  Hmm, somebody ordered something last night Bob, we should box that up and ship out, ya think?  Sure thing Jim, only reasonable thing we could do, after all, we're not SSW.com :-*

Really, Dave is suffering more right now than I am.  It's looking like most of my stuff will eventually arrive, though I suppose that's not guaranteed either, but I have shipping dates.  I still have to hassle them on the gift certificate situation, but I'll wait until I have my merchandise in toto.  

I just find it really sad that I am pleasantly surprised when an online company does what I ask them to do.   :-\

I take advantage of this same sale every year at Christmas time.  That's when they usually hold the annual 1/2 price sale.

I love Real Stands.  It's all I use.
