Well, it does come with a clipped article, so it must be real.  ::)

I've been watching this one for a couple of weeks now, pretty much everyone seems to agree this is a complete sham.

I'd actually buy one as a lark for $10 maybe, but not for what he's asking.

Yah, clipped article printed from ToysrGus website.

If that guy gets what he wants I'm going to build an army of these things and sell them off on ebay.

Q:  Is this a real Kenner prototype or just a custom figure? Where did it come from? Feb-14-12
A:   The guy I bought this from purported to have been a Kenner employee and this was one of three that were made. I have received e-mails from a lot of you that question if it is the prototype or not. I cannot guarantee this is THE ONE, as I did not make it or watch it being made. I did take this guy for his word because of the other items he had. Please keep all of this in mind should you decide to bid.

since the same seller sold one a while ago we can safely assume he is a scammer.

I was watching that auction to see if anyone would actually bid, i don't think it is legit. Surprised it sold for so much.

Either someone was incredibly stupid or the seller won his own auction. I'm guessing the later.

I want to know who these people are dropping 13K on an action figure.

I want to know what their background is, what they do for a living, if they are married, etc.

I spend some ridiculous $$$ on toys, but that is a whole other ballpark.

Agreed-  I've spent about 1/10th of that amount on my entire vintage carded collection total consisting of about 20 figures, and half of which are the last 17.

Some people have more money than sense.

There is only one grade on the AFA case. This is an old graded figure and would probably drop if sent in to get a C/B/F grade. This figure is awesome though.

A bunch of Droids and Ewoks series 2 prototype coins are ending in a few hours. Was watching them all but ending way higher than I anticipated. Was hoping to get at least one but think its more than I want to spend. Here is just one of the auctions.
