I bought neither since they aren't movie cannon, EU sucks :P

Although a Droids 3PO and R2 would be nice to have someday

Hate to admit it, but I have to agree with Scott on this one.

I too don't like theStar Wars  EU, neither books, comics, figures or anything else related to it. I do like a good book, especially a sci-fi novel, but just not Star Wars.

Only EU figure I have is the Imperial Sentinel, because of it's semilarities to the vintage unproduced Atha Prime figure.

Actually I have some Droids and Ewok figures too, but they are all up for sale.

I've got three or four loose Ewoks, my favorite is probably the one in a yellow rain coat - but the Princess (or at least I think she's the princess) is cute, too.  :-*

Can't wait to get the DVD set of Ewoks/Droids.

BTW - Anyone want to sell their Ewok cell that the Insider mailed out recently?  ???

Aren't there ever any loose R2's and 3PO's on ebay ::)  I do not want an unpunched AFA85 3PO.  Ok, I do, but I'm not paying over $300 for one.

One down, one to go.  My Canadian carded R2 arrived today.  My dilemma over whether to open it was solved when the bottom of the bubble popped out in transit, so I have a rather nice, minty loose Droids R2.

Ouch. That kinda sucks. Unless, of course, you really wanted it open. Then I guess it's okay.

Is there anywhere that lists the Droids figures weapons?  They aren't listed on the armory and I can't make them out in Sansweet's book very well.  I'll check Kellerman's book, but I don't know of them being in there from memory.

I'm sure RS probably has pics.  I'm looking for overlap with conventional vintage weaponry as some of the incomplete figures are going for considerably cheaper right now without weapons.  I just want to know if I can find a relatively cheap replacement.

Thanks.  The solution is to do what I originally intended - buy beat up cards and open them, but I'm starting to feel bad about that :-\  It's ok when it happens without intent as it did with R2, but unless the card is fairly thrashed, it's sorta painful.
