Todd Heap, out 2-4 weeks. Another top tier TE out.

DAMN!  And Daniel Graham has a BYE next week.  Looks like I'll be playing Dan Campbell next week.

That got pushed back to when the NFL hears his Appeal which could be any time between now and then end of the season

Thanks for the info.  Later is better for me.  Actually, as long he doesn't start his suspension next game, I'll be ok.  Curtis Martin has a bye next week.  The next RB bye for me is week 10, so somewhere between there or after week 10 works for me.

All these injuries are crazy - I'm used to playing in smaller leagues where if one guy goes down, you either turn to someone on your bench or there are still guys to pick up off waivers. It's pretty slim pickins at RB right now....

Slim pickins? But that would imply that there are actually a few players to pick from.... or should I say a few players that might net at least a point per game.

Well we put the game on T.O's shoulders and all he could muster was one lousy TD.

Of course, had Keyshawn not been tackled at the 1 yard line twice - that would have been enough...

Or if I'd have just put in my other kicker I'd have been within 2 points...

Blah.

He's lucky he even got that one. Had the Vikings challenged the play, it more than likely would have been overturned, as replay showed Owens still juggling the ball as he rolled out of bounds.

Not that it mattered. I'm on the board now with a fantasy win and I had picked the Eagles to win in our Pigskin Pickem pool. Too bad both teams couldn't score more points. It cost me the tie breaker in our work pool.  >:(

Just when I started getting worried that one of my starting RB's (Domanick Davis) only had 37 yards or so of total offense...

My Kicker makes 5 Field Goals (2 from over 50 yards) and 2 extra points...

Then Peyton Manning throws for 5 TD's and almost 400 yards with half a quarter left to play.

And Terrel Owens had a TD and over 100 yards too...

I've still got my Defense, RB, TE and second WR yet to play and I'm pretty sure I've already got over 50 points.

Too bad I'm playing Famine this week...   :P

(no offense Kevin  ;) )

Whoo hoo.

The stats haven't posted yet.  They delay them as much as they can so that people will break down and buy the stat tracker.

We'll know later on tonight - but nothing will be settled for the week 'officially' until after MNF.

It's not looking too good for you over in the JD Fantasy Baseball League either.  My lead is 300+ points with 1 week to go.  But I'm a charitable guy....I'll send Brad Radke over to your squad for Gary Sheffield, Barry Bonds, and Vladimir Guerrero for the final week of the season.  Shall I get the paperwork ready?

This is odd. The StatTracker thing at Yahoo.com was suppose to only be a free trial until Sept 13th. Yet I'm able to pull it up and view the up to the minute fantasy scoring. Here are the scores thru the 1st quarter of the 2 Sunday night games:

Defending Champs - 49.97    ;D
Springfield Isotopes - 49.90

OCB - 38.32
Purple Cobras - 59.27

Nataku Dragons - 24.59
Nicklabs Nuckleheads - 55.36

Canuckleheads - 46.71
ThatOneTeam - 18.86

The Zods - 51.48
Tha Famine - 31.78

Dustrho Destruction - 30.98
Dressels Rebellion - 43.11

Tatooine Express - 20.40
Nerfherders - 33.54
