I had to look up a picture because I had no clue who they were talking about. I actually recognize that dude. Sounds like DUI is the initial thinking.

At least he didn't kill anyone else.

He was on the KQ morning show (see: Jingle All the Way) last Friday and apparently he's promoting a new book he wrote of his life.  Perhaps he's next in line?

I have nothing wrong with Jackass - not one of my favorite shows or anything, but really enjoyed it when I was a younger and less mature lad.
