May Update:

Target - 3x RotS Battle Arenas (yes, I broke down and bought them  :-[)
Target - 7x RotS Deluxe Figures (1x each wave 2 and 3/4 of wave 3)
Target - 3x RotS Basic Figures (2x Dark Wookiee and 1x #2 Anakin Variant)

Luckily most everything was price-adjusted during Target's sale the week of the movie saving me about $18.   :)

January 2005 Total:   $191.51 with tax/shipping
February 2005 Total:   $30.28 with tax/shipping
March 2005 Total:   $96.29 with tax/shipping
April 2005 Total:   $1041.60 with tax/shipping
May 2005 Total:   $138.01 with tax/shipping

Star Wars: $1402.02
Other:  $95.67

Total = $1497.69

Whew.   :)   Managed to keep things under control in May.  Only grabbed the newest stuff and was able to cool off on Army Building to keep the month around $100 where it belongs.

edit: Of course, after I wrote this, I found 3/4 of Deluxe wave 3 - another $32 out the door in May.

I started breaking down my excel list, and so far Star Wars is looking like this, since January 1st:

Star Wars total: $604.11 ($37.31 is tax)
Episode III Star Wars: $210.01 ($12.67 is tax)

I'm proud - I really have resisted Ep. III! (relatively speaking)

My budget for this year has already gone absolutely out the window.  I blame Episode 3, even though I should be blaming my lack of self control when it comes to Star Wars collecting.  ;D

I'll have to post an update to this thread later....but I was going over some numbers last night, and I'm pretty close to my budget for the year already.
