Oh goodie, another year of collecting.  :-X   ;D

I'll be adding my other collectibles in again this year. I'm not adding the basic C3 ethier, hotel, airfare.

And no more ******* boxes of Kubrick's >:(

Yeah right!  ::)   :P   :-*

I am hoping to stick to my $100 a month budget again this year, but I may have to end up selling some stuff to stick to that budget thanks to Celebration 3 and RotS pile-up of goods...

Maybe I'll have the will-power this year to wait for the Clearance sales at Target TRU...  I couldn't wait during Ep1 or Ep2, but having seen both of those, maybe THIS year I'll do better and pick up some stuff cheaper?   :-\

My plan as well, clearance or guys just selling off loose stuff, since I open 99% of my stuff anyway, why pay full retail?  It's just army builders that are really tempting.  Man, I wish I'd only spend $100 a month.

After the glut that was Episode 1 I learned the lesson of waiting for clearance in a movie year. For Episode 2 I bought 3 figures (Nikto Jedi, Arena Padme, & Jango Fett) and waited until August when K-Mart had dropped the prices to $3 to pick up the rest of the line at that point in time. Worked out nicely cause K-Mart had their own special case of the first 16 or so figures so I just had to grab the box and go. I plan to do the same thing again with Episode 3, at this time I expect to be grabbing an Anakin, Vader, and Clonetrooper. Then wait to later to nab the rest. Should help to balance monthly costs a bit.

Well, consider me in.  Since I'm still finishing 2004's goodies, they'll end up in here too before I get to ROTS stuff.  I know it's going to be a pricey year (but a hell of a lot of fun  :)), so I'm not sure that I can even guess on how much I might spend.  Too scared to...

Date         Item                          Cost       Taxes       Shipping     Duty      Total
3-Jan-05  OTC Bib Fortuna         $8.98      $1.26                                      $10.24
                OTC General Madine  $9.99      $1.40                                      $11.39
                OTC Lando General    $9.99      $1.40                                      $11.39
                                                                                                                $33.02

I give you guys credit for even trying to wait for clearance sales.  I know that I don't have the willpower for it, so I'll bite the bullet and buy things as soon as I see them.  It seems like there's rarely enough figures around this barren province to even make it to clearance. :-[

I'm going to see if I can actually keep track pass April this time.  No DVDs, comics, porn, CDs this time.  Just Star Wars and other toys.

First purchase of 2005: GH Jawa/TR & Lando/Nikto $12.58

Mostly just magazines and no good deals.  That ****'s expensive.

I looked for more than the one set I found with you in mind.
