Meh, I wouldn't say horrible either.  But clearly it worked out better for you.

I was simply taking issue with the notion that you set your roster and hadn't looked at it :)

Oh sure, I'm not going to win the damn thing, but looky, looky - 69 points last night.  And even with me forgetting to reset parts of my roster.  Oops.

I hate baseball.  Last thing I read is Ortiz is sitting tonight.  He's 2/3 so far >:( ::)

I hate baseball.

Even the Blue Jays and the Expos Nationals?

Especially the Blue Jays.  Toronto's not part of Canada.  Oh sure, I enjoyed the first World Series they won but aside from that, screw 'em.  As for the 'Spos, Montreal never supported the team, so why not move it?

Yeah, I hate baseball.  Should have left Ortiz in the lineup and not believed what I read.  It cost me 15 points >:(

I haven't bothered with my team since the first day we started drafting for football.   :P

Since I discovered the NFL last year, this makes 2 seasons in a row that NFL Opening Day has made me forget about baseball.

That's ok.  If you don't mind finishing behind a Canadian that knows nothing about baseball, well, I can live with that :-*

Ok, the pitching scoring really is seriously ****** up.  I had a guy win last night (capuano).  Yes, he gave up six runs, but his score for the night was -4 points >:(  That's seriously retarded.  A win should override the negative stuff.

In other news, Carpenter has pretty much thrown away the Cy Young award ::)

Yup, Scott's scoring system when he was commish in year 1 was a win 5 points, K 1 point, ER minus 1, and BB minus 1.

I posted in the thread for recommendations when I was commish for year 2, and there weren't many, but I did increase a win from 5 points to 7 points.

Perhaps next year  a win should be 12.

If you look at my W-L ratio and K's, I have one of the best W-L records at 71-47 and the most K's.  It wouldn't have made a difference anyhow.

Here's a suggestion: play head-to-head.  Eliminates all the BS.
