Drat and double drat!  I was working on my Clone Army diorama, and was articulating the Clone Commander from the value pack.  I'm trying to pose him so that he can hold the binoculars that come with the 4th pose Clone Trooper from the green Clone Trooper army builder set.

Anyway, as I'm posing this yellow Clone, his left arm comes off!  Just totally breaks right at the joint.

Well, since then, I've contacted Hasbro customer service, and I've got to say that they've been very responsive.  They responded to my inquiry with 12 - 16 hours.  And, they're prepared to replace the item for me.  They're even sending me the mailing materials so that I can return the item, and they'll send me a new one or an item of equal or greater value.  Not bad service, IMO.

But, back to the joints of the value pack Clone Troopers...has anyone else noticed that they're somewhat stiff?  These Clone Troopers don't seem nearly as flexible or articulate as the sculpt they were patterned on, the red Clone Trooper from the SAGA line.

If you are still looking for the Value Packs try KB Toys in the mall. Two of my KB's in the malls here in Indy have been getting them in for only $5.99.
For those of you looking for me. I am now at www.sandtroopers.com

They're $10 each Matthew.  I might be heading back down that way in a few weeks, so give me a holler if you want me to snag you any (if they're still around)...

Way too many Matt.  I think we're gonna have to start calling you The Dentist.   8)

I call Fish Matthew, for at least a little different take on our name.  Especially when he and I hang out...   :P

BTW, I know what you look like now!  Totally not what I was expecting...   :P

So has anyone been finding the Value Packs at their local KBs yet?  Still haven't seen them there yet either.  Not that I need them anymore, since I finally polished off a couple sets from the boards, but I'd still like to send a few out to others in need at least!  So, where the heck are they?

The only two value packs I picked up were at KB in the Florence Mall in Kentucky.  Both ARC value packs, so I was pleased.  $5.99, can't go wrong there.
