Having met Matt's last two rotties, I'll go with the first picture. They were two of the sweetest dogs you could ever meet. :)

Very cute picture Matt. What's her name?

Her name's Cora and she's a cute scrappy girl.  Tia thinks she's a new toy that plays back!   ;D

Cora's now just over 12 weeks and I think she's doubled in size!  I'll have to get some of the updated pictures on my computer and show you.

She is also starting to fill out already....she's going to be a big, muscular girl!   ;D

Got some new pics of the "kids":

Who says old dogs can't make new friends?

Not a good enough hiding spot to avoid bath time!

Working on those guard dog skills!  (Cora needs more practice!)

The only way Bailey will let Cora this close is through glass!

Do you have any idea how tough it is to get three dogs to sit and look at a camera long enough to take a picture?!

I have two cats and three rats.

Just wanted to get on here and advocate having rats as pets. My wife had them as a girl and wanted them now. I was somewhat indifferent because I had hamsters/gerbils as a kid and they weren't so much pets as "look ats". However, rats are defineately pets. They are friendly, have their own personalities, want your attention. They are really awesome.

Not a good enough hiding spot to avoid bath time!

It will be funny when she thinks that she is still small enough to hide under there.

Our boxer (who I miss dearly) would hide under the coffee table is she was in trouble as a puppy.  As she grew her perception of her size was a little off.  She would hit the table going full blast and knock everything off of it.  She finally trained us to stop putting things on the table.

Time for some Updated pics since Cora's now just over 6 months old!  Amazing how much a puppy can change in that amount of time!

Shortly after our move, we noticed one of our dogs looking significantly inflated.  She had blown up...  She looked like she was about to burst.  We didn't know what was going on so we went to the emergency vet.

$200 worth of x-rays later, we found out that she'd gotten into a bag of dog food that we didn't realize was on the ground.

Is she okay? I've seen that happen on some of the Animal Planet shows before.

She's fine.  She threw up all day and had the runs into the next, but she's completely back to normal.  The other one was a little puffed up, but not as bad.  For all the trouble, at least we got this (now) amusing x-ray out of it.  You can see her stomach completely blown up with food.

My dog just had a six pound tumor removed in the last couple weeks.  She went from being fairly lethargic to acting like a puppy again.  Nothing serious, just fatty, and so she's runnin' around being a spoiled ******* now.

My cats are all hating the heat...  We're concerned on Tarkin's health right now, as he's getting older and he had what seemed like a disoriented/dizzy spell the other day, and our vet said it could be his kidneys.  So now I'm in a bit of a funk over that.  He's not seen the vet yet, but once the dog's settled here, we're going to be taking him.
