Clone Commander Bly

Just finished this one....you never really notice those little mistakes until the end, do you?

Ah well...He's still drying, but here you go anyway:

I really like that paint job... what mistakes are you referring to?  Looks great to me...

Below you can see I made a Stormtrooper Commander... I figure there could have been a few of these guys roaming about the Empire enforcing the Emperor's will on the galaxy -



Mine hasn't been painted... maybe I should do that.  You did such a good job on yours that I feel mine needs some work done on it.

You guys are driving me crazy with these Clone Commander customs. I have yet to find any of these guys. GRRR! Seriously though, these look great.

Jediknight: Bly looks awesome. Not sure what mistakes you made...he looks great from the pic. Totally ready to shoot Aayla in the back! 

Chewie: Like I said over at RS, this guy is a lot of fun, and totally perfect as a character you can imagine in the nebulous period between ROTS and ANH. I like the touch-ups you added to the VOTC trooper. Gonna have to do mine now.

Thats awesome! definitely loving the clone customs. Like the others i dont really see the mistakes with this one. Looks good to me. I really gotta get together some clones for my aayla secura too.

The thing is I'm not sure which one is Bly....I had thought it was this one:



Then I saw the difference in this one....




and I'm not sure, but I think The visual dictionary says he's this one..



There are so many choices...I'm afraid we'll not know until Aayla says a name directed to one of the troopers or maybe until a real figure comes out.

Oh well...At least I know this is at least 1 of the troopers there with her.


BTW...I really like that Commander, Chewie...Looks like a Coruscant Enforcer or some cool name like that.

Well, no matter which Clone is Bly, your custom rocks and fits in perfect.   

Yeah - that Stormtrooper I made does look like some sort of Coruscant Stormtrooper - thank you for thinking of that.  I am sure it will come in handy someday for a photonovel or two.

I think I read that the commanders are the ones with the flippy visors. And I also suspect that the one with more gold on the helmet is the commander.

I've always liked the gold clones better than the overused red ones, so I can't wait until the real Bly figure comes out for those of us who're too lazy to customize.

I liek these new clone commanders, but I don't see them in stores, but at least its an easy custom to do. I might end up doing one that way.

Never met Orli Shoshan..

did meet Amy Allen though. Got her sig on my wall, along with Aurra Sings actress. She was hot. 

met them alogn with many other at chiller theatre.

Also met anthony daniels, kenny baker, david prowse, (admiral motti, he was a jerk) and I think that's it for SW and me. notables are adam west, richard kiel, lou ferrigno, ray manzarek.

I've never met anyone that was in a Star Wars movie.  Or any real movie that I can think of...

I guess back on topic now... the Clone Commander is a great figure for customizing potential.  Gotta love when Hasbro makes a great articulated sculpt of a figure with several removable accessories.
