Ok, tonight is the first night I will begin on my Blue Harvest figure.  I don't have a clue yet what I will make, but I do have the head picked out.

Lately I've only had about an hour a day before I go to bed to do anything recreational, so I've been doing a bunch of body swaps for my 12" figures.  Pretty fun and I can do most of them in about 20 mins.  So far I've done body swaps on:

Imperial Officer
TIE Fighter Pilot
AT-AT Driver
Boba Fett (KB Electronic Version)
Boba Fett (VOTC - need boots for him though...)
Wedge Antillees
Biggs Darklighter
Snowtrooper

...I think that's it.  I have to paint their gloves the proper color, but after I do that I'll take some pics.  I'm surprised by how much better the Dragon and BBi bodies work using Hasbro's costumes.  A much cheaper alternative to Medicom/Marmit figures  ;)
The scariest thing that I've ever seen,
Is the terrible AT-AT walking machine.
It's as big as a house on walking legs,
and whatever it steps on it crushes like eggs.
