No offense Pete, but what in God's name can you be doing with all of these?? I can understand 1 carded and 1 opener, but 3 or 4 when people are having trouble finding them and they aren't even army builders?

I know a lot of folks who want to own/display these every which way possible (like I often do).  I'd guess Pete's maybe shooting for an opener of each, a carded version of each (no clamshell), and a carded version IN clamshell.  Likely sticking the Holo Yoda in a Jedi Council diorama as well.  Can't speculate on a 4th Yoda though, since he's clamshell-less...  Granted, I've never heard of anyone having trouble finding the Holo Yoda though.

It was the same with the VOTC line.  I know I personally wanted at least 3 of each, one opener, one carded, one carded in clamshell.  Pete's kinda freaky variant oriented like me and some others, so that may be his gameplan here.  I dunno.  Just guessing...

Good point. I'd forgotten about the clamshells.

And don't forget trade stock. :P  You hold on to these figures for a while and eventually you can trade for that elusive figure like the 2002 Toy Fair Vader, a set of those 25th anni Silver figures or I dunno whatever tickles your pickle.

Thanks to board members here I'm all caught up on Exclusives.

EB Set - Yes
Holo Yoda - Yes
Target Vader - Yes
C3 Vader - Yes (Thanks to Sith Lord Chaos)
Target Clone - Yes (Thanks to Yodafan)
EE Clones - No...but I'm not worried about this, I think they will be plentiful down the road (hell..EE is still selling their exclusive Holiday Sets!)  I want to get one set of each.

No one else has been reporting this but SLC also hooked me up with one of the C3 Exclusive Obi-Wan minisabers from Master Replicas.  Having a bit of an Obi-Wan focus in my collection, this was a great score!
This is the way.

I have spoken.

I have the EE Clonea and a C3 Vader on the way (Thanks, JD.com! :-*) and only interested in the Target Clone. I want at least one of them though, no more than two.

Lava Vader - yes

Holo Yoda - yes

Clonetrooper (Target) - yes

C3 Vader - yes

Anakin with Jedifighter - No, and not sure I will attempt it?

EB Set - Yes, but have not mailed it off yet.

Are there anymore exclusives on the way for the future?  I hope not unless it's something like the AT-TE.

I made it up to TRU to get a Holo Yoda.  I was able to acquire two Celebration Vader's courtesy of jadesfire & rebeltrader.  Beth also hooked me up with a Lava Vader for cost.  I had to go ebay to get a couple of Target Clones.  I also picked up 3 Super Deformed figures from K-Mart.  I was thinking about getting the Burger King toys, but they really do nothing for me.

Okay, so what is the next exclusive?  I find it disturbing that alot of the clones in E3 did not surface as part of the basic line.  I hope this does not mean they will be upcoming exclusives.  Its a pretty crappy idea to release army builders this way .  But then again, Hasbro knows A) they will sell and B) alot of them will sell at these inflated prices.  Im sorry but collecting is an adult hobby for the most part.  How many kids can afford to go out and buy $13 figures ???

At the rate "exclusives" are going up in price, not many adults will be afording them soon.  When you have to chose between toys for your kids or for you, the choice was made a while back.

The current rumor is that Kmart will get an exclusive of the 501st Blue Clone. I sure hope its just a rumor. Kmart doesnt need any exclusives.

I wonder if Toys R Us or someone else is going to get Holographic figures of say Ki-Adi-Mundi or Plo Koon?  Those council members as holograms scream exclusives.
