So... the Mega-Set is up for pre-order at EntertainmentEarth:

Just $3299.99 plus $462 for FedEx or UPS shipping or only $272.25 in tax if you do will-call and pick it up.   :o

Limited to just 400 pieces, it'll be interesting to see how quickly it sells through at all the various places...

Outside of the lottery ticket in my wallet being worth millions, that won't be going to my home.  It does look pretty darn cool though :o

The diorama looks beautiful, but the figures just look aweful (and you're talking another grand in figures if you want to populate that diorama).

The upcoming Dagobah set looks phenomenal as well, and supposedly Jabba's palace is coming after that.

Looks like discount closeout retailer Tuesday Morning is blowing out the 4" Attakus metal figurines - $30 each instead of the $90-100 original price.

I know that $30 is still a pretty horrible deal for what is essentially a glorified European "Titanium Series" quality figure, but I may cave and pick up the Han one if I can find it locally...   :-[

At that price, I think you'll be impressed by it.  I have the Vader figure and you wouldn't believe how heavy it is.
