Very sad indeed, to lose another of my childhood TV stars.  I was definitely in the generation of Captain Kangaroo watchers, even if Sesame Street, Electric Company, and Mr. Rogers got more airtime in our house.

RIP Captain Kangaroo, and thanks for the memories...   :'(

Some of you may remember him from his great work on the Odd Couple but I personally will remember Tony Randall for his skit he did with Tom Hanks on Saturday Night Live in the early 90's called Mr. Short Term Memory

Tony Randall was fantastic in The Odd Couple as Felix Unger.

The Odd Couple Theme

Though a few may not remember or even have seen his performance in the fantasy movie "7 Faces of Dr. Lao". A very good flick IMO.  8)



He also did the voice for the Brain Gremlin in "Gremlins 2, The New Batch".
