Thanks everyone for the support...
I got preliminary results back today, the 'stains' aren't completed or whatever- no idea about all this stuff.
Anyway, I have cancer.  I've been referred out to an gynelogical oncologist and go there on Thursday.  They aren't sure how far spread or how bad it is yet because the test isn't completed, but the specialist is going to be taking more tests, catscan/mri or whatever, etc, etc, to find out.
They will do the testing and stuff down in Dallas, but I can do the treatments (if radiation) here in Sherman.
You are starting to damage my calm.

Oh my God, I'm so sorry to hear that Shannon.  :'(

I know plenty of people that have fought it and won, so I'm sure once you get in there and start your treatment, you'll be well on your way to recovery soon as well.  Thoughts and prayers for the coming months.  You know where to find me if you want to talk...

That's really rough news, Shannon.  Please know that we're here for you for anything you need - today, tomorrow, and in the future.

You can beat this.

I am so sorry to hear this, as someone who has seen the ravages of Cancer first hand I know it can be beaten.

My thoughts are with you Shannon,
Andrew

I'm sorry Shannon, but I also know you're a strong person who can overcome it too.  Everyone's thoughts are with you I'm sure, and you've got a lot of support here.

Remember to just take care of yourself and to never forget your own strength to get by this.

I will be thinking of you!  I hope you get through this safely!
The scariest thing that I've ever seen,
Is the terrible AT-AT walking machine.
It's as big as a house on walking legs,
and whatever it steps on it crushes like eggs.
