Well, the WM bonus disc isn't really a freebie.

ROTS with the bonus disc is $23 at Wal-Mart.  But you can buy the movie only at Wal-Mart for $16.

I think I'm going to save $7....

Ohhhhhhh, I see.   I did not know that.

Yeah it does. And the Easter Egg is hysterical, well worth finding and watching.

I noticed that in the Sunday paper today everybody is advertising the DVD but nobody is advertising their price ???  I've never seen that before.  Ususally everyone posts their price and guarantees it to be the lowest :P

Less than 24 hours left until the big release!

Does anyone have any plans for a massive 6 movie marathon?

At the very least, I'm going to have to watch AOTC to watch the Battle of Genosis as it leads into ROTS.   8)

I'm not sure if I'll watch it after I get it tonight or not. I might just wait until tomorrow night after work to watch the movie, but I'll soak in some of the special features tonight.  ;D

******* schoolwork. :(

I'm taking the day off tomorrow, I have one class and I'm not going to be there, because I seem to have got sick all of the sudden...

I picked up my DVD at Wally tonight, I hate to give them business but they are open 24hrs and I can't wake up early to save my life so I had too.

While I was there some guy right next to me picked up a fullscreen version, and only a full screen version and I politely asked him if he realized his error, he told me he wanted fullscreen. At which point I gave him a funny look and then did my best not to nerd out and start tell him how retarded he was. ::) :P

Stopped by Wal-Mart this morning before work too and picked up the DVD.  Not sure if I'll be able to watch the movie tonight, but I hope to go through some of the special features.  I got the DVD (widescreen of course) with the "bonus" Story of Star Wars DVD for $19.96.

Got the kids up early and went to WM before preschool.  Got the WS w/Bonus for $19.83.  Been through the deleted scenes and some of the bonus features already.  Will watch the rest during nap time and watch the whole movie again tonite with the hubby after the kids are in bed.  I understand the time constraints but why, oh why did they delete all 3 of the scenes with Padme showing the seeds of the Rebellion?   Besides doing a disservice to her character --- basically leaving her barefoot and pregnant during EP III --  it did a disservice to the Rebellion in a sense.  Would liked to have had those scenes in the film.

I have not opened mine yet, but have seen this floating around. Are you happy with the Bonus DVD from Walmart, or do you wish you had bought the Target with the Coin? If you bought at Target are you happy with the coin or do you have the desire to have the bonus?

Finally what are your thoughts on the bonus DVD?

I went to Wal-Mart at midnight to pick up ROTS and Battlefront 2, and to see if Office Space was there... Naturally, only ROTS was there - and the ROTS toys were not restocked for the movie's release. I looked all over for Battlefront 2, and all I could find were big signs that said it would be there.

Guess there's never as big a rush to fill the videogames on time?

For any of you guys and gals trying to decide which place to pick up your copy, Jeff compiled a list of the freebies and bonuses available at WM, Target and Best Buy.

Just keep in mind that the bonus disc at WM is not free, but an extra $5 or so.

Got my disc at Best Buy, along with the Lithograph. It's decent, I can take pics later if you guys want.

Yeah, I've decided the schoolwork can be held off for a while. :)
