Every movie was an exception of something. 

You can use repeats.

I'll start

5 out of 6 had blue lightsabers.  The only exception was Return of the Jedi.

Peter Cushing was NOT in 5 of the 6 movies.

I don't recall any wookies in Attack of the Clones.

Very good.  Because there weren't any wookiees in Attack of the Clones.

5 out of 6 were rated PG.  The only exception was Revenge of the Sith.  That was rated PG-13, which I actually predicted when I saw the first ever trailer for the movie.

There might have been some in the Senate scene when Palpatine gets emergency powers...but if they're in there, you hardly notice them.

5 out of 6 movies had a major battle (troopers vs. troopers) in the middle or end of the movie, the exception was ESB which had the major battle at the beginning.

Also, there weren't any wookiees in AOTC, that's what wookieepedia says.
