Another weekend and another absolutely insane, nail-biting comeback by UCLA.  Might've been their most impressive one yet, coming back from 21 down with 7 minutes left in the game at Stanford, to win in OT.  These guys are going to give me a heart attack one of these weekends, I swear.  I think Stanford was our last major hurdle before the USC game, so hopefully we don't have some horrible collapse against either of the ****** Arizona schools.  Assuming we play our game against them, and USC handles it's remaining business, that dream matchup of undefeated cross-town rivals on the final game of the regular season may actually come to fruition.  Wow, that'd be crazy!

UCLA also moved up to #5 in the BCS, but with a game against #1 USC still left on our schedule, there's obviously plenty of room to move up even higher.  Unfortunately, only one team above us lost over the weekend (Georgia), so hopefully a couple more of them (VT, 'Bama, Miami, LSU) screw up before the season's over, lest we wind up with a whole 'nother slew of undefeated teams all vying for one National Championship.  At least VT plays Miami next weekend, and Alabama plays LSU the week after that, so that'll officially eliminate at least two of them from the picture...

Ya know Colman, I can't decide if I want UCLA to beat USC or not. I want USC to lose so Texas will be ranked # 1, but I also kind of want USC to be undefeated when we eventually play them...

Well JMac, doens't look like you are going to get your battle of undefeated teams the last week.  Still, do Texas a favor and stomp USC.

Holy ****, we get our asses handed to us on Saturday.  That was a total blowout, and made our entire season look like a complete sham, especially since that was the last place team in the Pac-10.  Good God, what a joke.

With respect Matt, UCLA and two other top ten teams can loosing can only mean good things for #10 PSU!

It's a time of morning for PSU, ND and FSU fans.

Mourning, too.

Go Cocks, Go!
Yet another Carolina victory! USC came out on top of the Razorbacks, 14-10.
USC for the season: 6-3.

After a tornado warning, I finally got into Jack Trice Stadium tonight to watch Iowa State beat Colorado, 30-16.

It was a little weird and unnerving to see 50,000 people headed for shelter. Could have been a real disaster.

Other parts of Iowa weren't so lucky.

It's bad enough I live in Nutville country (I never knew what the hell a Buckeye even was until I got here...who the hell names their team after a nut??) but to have MI choke with less than a minute to go and lose to OSU, well...it hurts more than watching the Star Wars Christmas special.  At least Penn State won the Big 10.  Now, does U of M have the balls to dump Carr yet??

Clemson over Carolina...13-9. Most horrible game of the season. I have to wonder if our offense even showed up...I mean, it was just bad.

At least Penn State won the Big 10.

And in the end, that's all that matters. ;D

Go UCLA!

Nope, not going to the game.  Why would I want to go to College Station?!?!

Although I did hear that Aggie Fans were not happy that the student tickets weren't selling.  Especially irrate that those tickets would be open to the public, in which Horn fans were willing and waiting.  Should be interesting to see the sea of Burnt Orange!
