JTA set tonight for the low low price of $28 and change...  I feel dumb for not being able to do the math quickly but I figured it came to $7-ish a figure (not counting the Anakin figure in there at all) and I was willing to bite on it at that...  Pricey but 3 Tact. Ops Clones and Pilot are worth it to me, plus considering the current figures out on pegs these things look like VOTC in terms of quality.  ::)

ROTS Tarkin (via trade)- this guy is awesome! At first I didn't like how the arms were a little difficult to position, but I realized it was all worth it when he could not only put his hands behind his back and point and such, but also work some work, he can cross his arms! This is awesome, and all imperial officers should be able to do it methinks.

Great figure :) I wish I had more to customize with really... especially those arms, I can imagine the Thrawn custom now...

Got my early bird kit today.  Sure Luke and Leia are crap but Chewie is well worth the $11 I paid for them.  R2 is not too shabby.

Found a ROTS Shock Trooper and Anakin Sith Eyes Red at a Wally today for the clearance price of 50 cents! That's 53 cents with tax or 1.06! Man, if only you could buy figures for that everyday.

Actually yes, thanks for telling us...  I've been considering some similar retracing of my steps lately too 77Skywalker...  In particular I've got some army building I'd like to get back into.  Unfortunately finances are going to hold me up for a time, but soon I'd like to go back over what I have and find out what "totals" I'd like to be at and start buying.

I may need to do some searching at the upcoming toy show in my area though for good prices.

I ordered online for the Revenge of the Sith Red Clone Trooper and the Red Clone Commander and the first Obi-Wan Kenobi Force Battler and Commander Cody.

7/15/06
On Saturday, I found and purchased the Obi-Wan Kenobi versus General Grievous' bodyguard battle arena

I found a 4 lightsaber attack and a bodyguard at a drugstore the other day and grabbed those up.  I guessing someone found them during inventory or something.  Package was a little beat up.

Scored 3 ROTS figures for 50 cents at the local Walmart today. The cards were beat up pretty fierce, looked like they had been found hiding under some shelving. Got a Luminara for customizing and Chancellor Palpatine and Mon Mothma to fill the gaps in my collection. Sometimes refusing to buy certain figures at full price pays off.  ;D
