No problem Paul,  I tried to even curve the hilt, but the soft plastic kept returning to its original shape. Dont know if it still had any curve left by the time you got it.

I'm trying to collect one of every vintage weapon so i can make them as needed in the future.

Curved? That thing was a straight as an arrow. Oh well, it very cool to have. Thanks Greg!

Which vintage weapons do you need to make molds out of? I think I have all of the vintage weapons.

Hey Phruby, I commented on these at TheJawa.com but I was surprised by how great Dooku looks once he gets that vinty lightsaber!

Here is my version of Anthony Daniels in the C-3PO costume. He's holding the front half of his 3PO mask. The back half is on his head. I had to drill out the back half of 3PO's head to make it fit behind the Daniels head.

I posted on theJawa, but I'll say it again, this turned out great!  You should make him with shoes instead of 3PO feet (I think I saw a pic of that when they were filming ANH)

Hot Damn!  You really outdid yourself on this one Phruby.  Is that a Faytonni head?  It looks more like Anthony Daniels than the Hasbro Faytonni.  Wow... simply awesome.

That is a Faytonni head with addition sculpting to make the hood. I believe Glassman made me this head last year for a group project.

That looks great phruby!  I did my version witht eh dirty 3P0, but i really like the shinyness of yours.

You should cut that head in half, and glue it to the back part of the c3p0 head and then the mask will fit on.

Really nice otherwise.

Did you split the ROTS 3p0 head in half for this?  Or is it a different mask.?

Thanks Greg. I think that would improve it. I did split the rots 3po head and then drilled out the back. I couldn't get it to fit better. Cutting the back of the daniels head should help.

Just updating my customs thread with the rebel I made for the customizing challange.

He is done with old school episode I parts. He is made from a quigon head, Ki-adi-mundi arms and naboo royal security body and legs.

While you are all out partying and getting dunk, I've finished my last custom for the year. This is Leia Solo based loosely on a Dark Horse Empire comic cover. Happy New Year everyone! ;D

Heh. No drinks for me, on account of my being underage, but I got my Mountain Dew.  ;)

I never saw the cover of that comic you mentinoed, but it looks like a pretty cool custom. Good job.
My whole expanse...I cannot see...
