I just got an e-mail from MR saying that the Obi-Wan FX saber's will be shipping soon.

Picked up a Mace Saber today at Costco for $49.97.  Might be worth checking out.  They were with the toys.

Wow, that's a killer deal.  The best I've ever seen was $99.99CDN (about $85US) at TRU.  ::)

My ROTS Obi-Wan saber just arrived and I'm really impressed.  The blade has a really bright blue....I think it's much brighter than the Anakin ROTS sabers I've seen.  Also, it has different sound effects than my Darth Vader and Darth Maul sabers.

The hilt's a little thick where the brass pieces are, similar to the ROTJ Luke saber, but that was expected...too bad they couldn't get the electronics to fit in a more movie accurate design.

Matt, where did you order from? 

Did anyone who ordered from the Saber Vault get any type of ship confirmation?  They were suppose to start receiving last week but I have heard no follow up ???

WOW, that is an awesome price! :o  I would consider getting one myself at that price, but unfortunately where I am in IL, the Costco's don't carry them.  Any chance I can convince one of you CA guys to pick one up for me and ship it my way, if they are still available?  Send me a PM if you're interested.  Thanks.

I ordered the Obi-Wan FX saber from MR's website.  I was able to use one of last year's coupons from the CS to save a few bucks.
