Shipped mine to DD on Sept. 23  ;)
The scariest thing that I've ever seen,
Is the terrible AT-AT walking machine.
It's as big as a house on walking legs,
and whatever it steps on it crushes like eggs.

The customs I've received that are being auctioned for Darth Ennis will be up later tonight.

I have no doubt that they'll do well dollar-wise...it's all troops so far, and all good stuff.

Oh, and...don't make me come over there, Master Phruby.   ;)

Hey DD, again a big thanks for working out the logistics of this.  By the way, did you get my custom in the mail yet?

Last thing in the world anyone wants is for me to have to bludgeon you with my gigantic cranium.

Well, except maybe for mrt@&%*r. He'd probably be happy to see some harm come to you.  ;)

Yes... the nameless one, who lurks in shadows and strikes only when his name is spoken aloud.  :P

So quick update: I sent the descriptions (which I basically cribbed from Phruby's auction and reworked a bit) to Red5sixx for my custom Shadow Commander, Gregorbian's SA scout trooper, and Chewie's Darktrooper. He says he'll post them in the morning, so we'll have links then.

bjardkerr: I got your clone today and am completely blown away on how good it looks...I might have to bid on it myself.  ;D All I need from you is a brief parts description for the auction, and Red5sixx will post those too.

The first custom (Chewie's Darktrooper) has been posted tonight. Here's the link:

I'd appreciate it if those who were able to get other sites to publicize the auctions could do the same with these.

Nice to see it up. The link back to this thread on the auction description doesn't work.

KRYART  Jedi Master Fiskator went for a whopping $306.00!!!  :o This auction's proceeds went to the Foundations for Recovery's Hurricane Katrina Displaced Residents Fund. Why to go Kryart!

$306!  DAYUMMM!  Well it is a very unique and expertly done piece.

DD, I pm'd the parts list info to you, but decided to include it here as well in case anyone wants to do their own.

Aqua Clone parts list:

Scuba pack - Reverse-mounted 1:18 Elite Force seal rebreather.  I actually made 2 of these clones (1 for each of my boys - 1 of them didn't like his, so you have it now), and it took so long and was such a tedious process  that I was too lazy to paint over the number 17 on it.   :-[
Hoses -  are from, I believe 2 of the same rebreather apparatuses
Fins - also from the same 1:18 Elite Force figure
Tank thingie on leg - you guessed it, same-same as above
Knife sheath - various rubber parts scavenged from BBI, GiJoe, or SW stuff
Knife - bayonet from a GiJoe gun, shaved and cut to shape
Forearm blades - from the tip of a Cobra Moray's lance
Gun - base model is from the Cobra Moray's gun, truncated, and shaved.  Rubber piece from Lego tractor tread on the top of it, "flashlight" piece from indeterminate item.

Again, thanks to you and your buddy 5sixx for donating your time, effort, and money to this.

Thanks DD for posting my Darktrooper.  Hopefully it goes for a few bucks to help out Darth Ennis.

And that Kryart figure is amazing.  $306.00 - a ton of money, but for a great cause.
