Just got this installed this weekend and I am looking to play some online games. Anyone here play much? and if so, what games?

I've been guilty of neglecting the Xbox Live stuff for several months, so I'm not very current on what's good on Live at the moment. When I was playing, I enjoyed Crimson Skies. SW Battlefront is also Live enabled.

Halo 2 and Ghost Recon 2 are the places to be. You'll get spanked pretty hard when you first get on but keep at it and before you know it you'll be hooked.

I've grown to despise Xbox Live. And I never use it. I'm going to cancel my account before they charge me for another year of service. But any shooting games on there are good I suppose.

There are a lot of idiots out there on Xbox Live to be sure. But for every bad game I've had, I've had 10 that were great. Over all I love it, I think it's just a matter of adding the right people to your friends list.

Well first of all, it's the cost. Why pay for what I can do for free on a computer or on PS2? The game selection is good, but most, if not all, of the players are idiotic 12 year olds who cheat and scream into the microphone. I can't really explain why I dislike it, it just isn't my cup of tea. I'd much rather play SOCOM online on PS2 instead of Xbox Live.

I have to admit the screaming punks on Live are a problem. I don't hesitate to send negative feedback regarding those who do it. But the incredible fun of getting into a game with a good group of players more than makes up for the bad experiences for me.

Excessive profanity or being a racist jerk can get you banned.

This is good news to me.  I'm tired of playing against these kind of idiots.

Mmmmm. Ghost Recon 2. That and Halo are my favorate games. (actually, they are close to my only games.) Haven't done Ghost Recon live yet though.
