Idea Nuova has released a motion lamp which is now showing up on eBay

Granted it's not the lava lamp you're looking for JJ, but it's encouraging to see that Idea Nuova products are being found.

Jesse, thanks man...  Yeah that's different.  It is encouraging too that maybe, just maybe, the Lava Lamp will show up somewhere...  I really wanted it.  The Motion Lamp seems interesting too...  I'd heard nothing of these items showing anywhere so at least we now know Idea Nuova exists and actually makes SW stuff. :)

Thanks for sharing man, I appreciate it.

So we are at 12/06 and still no Lava Lamps...  I'm bummed.  I may just buy a red lava lamp and be done with it.  I'm guessing Idea Nuova was BS'ing on stuff and didn't get a lot of the things out they showed.  :-\

The MOTION LAMP shown above has been spotted at the Delmont Walmart (JesseJames' turf).
Theyre on an endcap along with dora, spiderman, & disneyprincess versions.
-BomBadBlueHarvester ;)    Sorry bud.  No lavalamplove spotted as of yet.
Han shot FIRST. Luke threw TWICE. And it was THX-1138 who wasn't at his post on the big screen back in '77. And I first learned that Vader was Luke's dad in the cinemas at the Tampa Bay Mall in 1980.

Uggh! Just over 2 years since Jesse asked about this lava lamp & what do I find on the bay while at work with just under 20 minutes to go... Licensed Star Wars Vader Magma Lava Light Lamp

This is the 1st one I have seen on the bay & I had no idea what shipping would have cost till the auction ended if I got it. Well I almost had it for a few seconds, damn last second bidder.  >:(  I tried Jesse but that was more than I was going to plop down on it for ya. The seller listed another one so I put that one on my watch list & hope for the best on the 7th, I'll be home for that one.  ;)

That's odd...  Nothing I've seen before.  It might be a handmade thing.

The lamp Dale won for me actually looks different from pics of the ones I'd seen that were (supposedly) sold in the US.  The one Dale one looks much cooler, actually, and more Star Wars-centric while the other ones I saw basically were a simple Lava Lamp with a little ROTS logo on it.

All the better I say. ;)

Yeah, they are handmade.  They're ceramic lamps that could be made with a mold available from stores back in the early 80's I believe.

They're pretty quirky looking, that's why I've got two.  ;)

Jesse, can you post pics when you've got it?  I'm really curious to see what it looks like.
