Kevin, I've been praying wondering, do you thoroughly wash your hands with soap and water and/or (hopefully) put on latex gloves before preparing people's food?

New York state requires that I wash my hands before food preperation (and when soiled), and they also require I wear gloves when handeling food that won't be heated over a certain temperature.

Rest assured, I take pride in my work, and follow the rules and regulations of the buisness.

Today I started accepting Visa and Mastercard at Kevvo's.

Exciting.

Do you soil your hands often? Wouldn't it be less expensive / look better to stock toilet paper in the bathroom? Or are you soiling your hands making sandwhiches because the lunch rush keeps you at the counter?

It took them 2 weeks to set up my mailbox at Kevvo's, so I kept getting calls from the Electric Company and Phone company.  ::) Postal workers eat our mail, thats what they do.
