**** the Smurfs

LaLa LALALALAaaa  :P ::)

I HATED that show. I think a dark movie like a Smurfs versus a miniature Leonidas' 300 legion would be great- a nice one sided battle with plenty of the homosexual little smurfs getting the **** kicked out of them, sliced and diced and what not, I'd pay to see THAT!

No Watchmen for Keanu Reeves

Haley is Rorschach in Snyder's Watchmen?

Also:

The 20th Century Fox sequel "Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer" debuted as the No. 1 weekend flick with $57.4 million in sales, slightly surpassing the $56.1 million opening of "Fantastic Four" two years ago, according to studio estimates Sunday.

So like anyone see FF2?

I went to see it last night and i thought it was awesome. It was well done, the storyline was good, the surfer looked incredible. I had one minor problem with it but i wont say for those of you who have not seen it yet. Overall a great movie, much better than Spider-Man 3.

I think i may have caught a reference for a third one though. This is all speculation so it doesnt matter if i say, but i think it involves Namor.

We caught it yesterday, and really enjoyed it as well.  I thought it was much better than the first one, and like it was mentioned, the Surfer looks/is awesome in it.  It is a shorter movie (about 90 minutes), but I don't know that it was necessarily a bad thing.  Things seemed to keep moving, and I never got bored.  Sure, it isn't perfect, but I'll say it was a fun movie to see.  Oh, and its probably been said before, but if you go, stay into the credits for just a minute or so for an additional scene.  Its pretty quick after the credits start, so I doubt you'd even be out of the theater yet anyways.

It would be cool to see Namor in a future installment, but I thought I read that a different studio (not Fox - Universal maybe?) has the rights to that character, so they can't include him.  Who knows though, we'll see how this sequel holds up and hopefully there will be a third.

Meh....until we get a Smurfs live action movie, I'm not going to be happy.

You know, me and a co-worker were joking about this: Who would play which smurf, Gargamel and all that. Seriously, let's get the "smurf" back in the English language. Then we can curse Smurf. Ahh, Smurf it, you smurfin' smurf of a Smurf.  ;)

Then what - Snorks?  ::)

We need a Smurf movie like we need another Smurfin' hole in the head.

Smurf off, Jedijaysmurf!  ;)

Whatever happened to the rumored GI Joe live action movie?? Suppose it'd be a tad violent for the kids... all those Cobras getting wasted.

That would be cool! I can totally see him as Snakes. I wonder if they'd update the characters, too, since Snake Eyes and Stalker both served in 'Nam together.

Another cartoon movie, though not Super Hero, I'd like to see is Mask. Matt Damon as Matt Tracker??

According to the latest rumors, Samuel Jackson may be making an appearance in the Iron Man movie, playing Nick Fury.  It is likely a cameo, and obviously based on the Marvel Ultimate version, but interesting news if it turns out to be true.
