R2-D2 Beneath The Dome: The DVD
The three part documentary on everyones favorite little droid will be coming to DVD on December 26th exclusively to Best Buy, SunCoast, MediaPlay and Sam Goody. No word on the price of this feature.

Cantina Alien of the Week Holiday Edition: Ackmena
Bea Arthur in the Star Wars Universe??? It happened, in that good idea gone horribly bad...the Star Wars Holiday Special. Bea popped up as Ackmena, the bar owner of the Holiday Special Cantina. This scene included, gulp, a song and dance number in which Ackmena dances with Greedo and Ponda Baba. Like I said before don't try and watch this show unless you want to have the worst Christmas ever!!! Happy Holidays everyone!!!

Holiday Cantina Alien of the Week: Zutton
In honor of the holiday season this week's Cantina Alien of the Week features one from the Holiday Special, Zutton! Zutton was released as a figure at the tail end of the POTJ line and makes a sweet addition to most collections.
The problem most people have with identifying Snaggletooth arises from the Vintage screw ups of Kenner. So far there have been four Snaggleteeth (or Sniviians) released as figures.

Death Star To Open Daycare Center!
After months of speculation, it was confirmed yesterday that the Death Star, the Empire's vaunted, planet-destroying space station, has added a new, state-of-the-art day care center to its already vast array of capabilities. The massive four-room day care center, which, according to Grand Moff Tarkin, will "provide a safe and fun learning environment for tots between the ages of one and four," has already begun spring enrollment and is expected to be fully operational by June 1.

Is Boba Fett really dead?
Well according to the Jedi Council, Yes and No.
Did George Lucas intend for Boba Fett to die in the sarlacc, despite what others may say or print?
Yes, in George's view -- as far as the films go -- the baddest bounty hunter in the Galaxy met his match in the Great Pit of Carkoon where --unfortunately for Mr. Fett -- the ghastly sarlacc made its home.
However, Lucas also approved Fett's comeback in the expanded universe. And of course, by going back in time with the prequels, the Star Wars creator has brought Boba Fett back to life himself, albeit at a much younger age.
