UPDATE: Target Is Back
It's been a while but we got a number of reports that Target stores are getting a healthy restock of The Vintage Collection. Most reports indicate a good number of Wave 6, including a helmet variation for the Stormtrooper (plus no discoloring)! Happy hunting at Target this weekend.
UPDATE: Unfortunately it seems many Targets, including mine, are getting the underwhelming Wave 5 and the original poor quality Stormtrooper helmet. Your mileage will apparantly vary.

 Wal-Mart Rolls Prices Back Up
So much for Wal-Mart's mark-down on Legends and Clone Wars. Both lines are back up to $7.88 it would seem, and the pegs are back to piling up as well. It was fun while it lasted, I guess.

More Sergeant Bric Delays
If you ordered a Clone Wars Sergeant Bric mail-away figure at the deadline, you'll have a little wait to get him. Numerous reports (including myself) have come in where people were given a postcard saying he won't ship till July 17th. If you waited till the deadline though, you can wait a little longer to get him.

Gentle Giant Storm Commando Bust
Gentle Giant posted a picture of the Storm Commando Mini-Bust, for Premiere Guild Members. The Trooper features the armor from the Expanded Universe design (not just a black Scout Trooper), and has an unfolded stock on his blaster.

Fleet Trooper's Cap Discovered
It's been something of a mystery as to why the new Rebel Fleet Trooper figure is coming with a cap accessory, and Jayson over at Yakface.com has uncovered why. A trooper in a tiny background frame can be seen wearing one, albeit a tan colored. The new figure's cap is grey, similar to some worn in the EU, but this one's still rooted in the film. Sound Mixer Bill Varney Passes Away
The Hollywood Reporter announced that Sound-Mixer Bill Varney passed away recently. He worked on more than 80 films, and Lucasfilm fans best remember him for his work on The Empire Strikes Back and Raiders of the Lost Ark. He was 77 years old.
