I've taken my first step into a larger world. I picked up Rizzo tonight, and now I'm looking for the following:

Kermit (nekkid)
Fozzie
Rowlf
Crazy Harry
Gonzo
Miss Piggy
Pepe

A I hope that'll be it, be we all know how that goes. :D

Trust me, you'll be looking at Rizzo, and the addiction will overcome you.

Yeah, it's getting to me. I was looking at them at Sam Goody tonight, and it sturck me that I should have been collecting this from series 1 and not screwing around with MOTU. Oh well.

Those playsets are damn expensive, and I wanted Beaker and Animal too. Plus, I've heard great things about that Culinary Catastrophe set. Oy, stupid toy addiction. But I have to say, if you're still reading this, this line is amazing in every sense of the word, and I own only one figure.

This is my kind of line to collect. I went to another Sam Goody, and found some older Muppets figures. I picked up Crazy Harry for $2.24, and Rowlf and Scooter for $4.49 each.

Then I ventured to TRU, and picked up Kermit and Piggy for $3.98 each.

It was a good day. :)

Cool! Good find! The majority of the figures can be found at really good prices, you may be able to snag large lots on eBay. The only ones that really go for much are the chase figures, and even then, all things considered they aren't too out in left field.

I'd recommend joining the Palisades Collector's Club if you're serious about collecting them. They let you buy any of the con exclusives (limited 2 per con), and I think the membership lasts a lifetime.

I'm not looking to go overboard on this line. I don't seem to remember characters like Sam Arrow or Lew Zealand. So I keep this line to characters I recognize.

I would like to get Animal and Beaker, and that Culinary Catastrophe set, but I simply don't have room for them, and the first two sets have pretty much disappeared around here. Meh. I'll decide later.

Have to pick up Gonzo and Pepe now. And find a Fozzie. :)

Well damnit, this is a first. I was moving my Muppet collection and dusting them. Well I was trying to reposition Janice's arm, and POP, snapped right off. :( I dont play with these, so I'll probably just glue it back into place

Well, this could be the end of the line for me. It sounds like it will be a big year for some other stuff Im collecting, so I may have to call it quits on the ol Muppets line, as well as Armies of Middle Earth (thankfully, only two series in).. Man, this stinks!

I'm just not quite as into them, I dunno. I may consider it, see how things look down the road.

Target is getting a repainted Koozebane Kermit! Check out offthecard.com for pics

Would anyone here be interested in the entire collection? If its someone I know from here, I'd be willing to cut a deal. I may keep the kitchen set, just as a memento, but if someone is interested in a complete Muppet collection, Series 1 to 6, let me know...

Not at all, it will be Palisades Tour Figure, meaning they will sell it at each convention they go to, along with the online sales to the club members. I expect it will probably just retain its value, if not sell for less.
