Thanks for the feedback guys!  ;D

CHEWIE - thanks for the compliments!  In response to your question, the shoulder pads and chest armor are made from cut-up fake credit cards.  I really need to get some styrene but I've accumulated a stack of fake credit cards about 2 inchs high so I like using them (free=good)  ;)
The paint has chipped a bit more than I had anticipated at the joints and on their hands, but it's not really that noticeable yet.  I sprayed them dull-cote so the paint is holding up pretty well overall, and the chipped parts are hard to see so far.
What do you recommend I do to the chest-plate on the Comm. Officer?  I think it looks more "realistic" in person, but I know what you mean about how it looks photoshopped on.  Any suggestions?

Phruby - I'm glad you like the mechanical hand, I did it right before I primed the figure  :)

Hmmm... maybe you could scratch it up some?  With an exacto knife a bit, and add in a small dent or two?  Still looks good how you have it, and very innovative.  And I admire you for your work on the painting on the joints of all those Dookus - I probably would have not painted them so much because I know I'd get frustrtated with potential chipping problems.  But you seem to be much better at that than I am!  I just saw the metal hand too - awesome touch!

Okay, here's my Rebel Pilot.  The picture is a little blurry (like most of mine), but I think you can get the idea.

I made a bet with a friend of mine who has made an X-Wing Pilot costume that she wouldn't make this one.  Of course, she took me up on it, so I made her this custom.  The fish-net stockings were a pain to do, and I wish they turned out a little better.  It was a fun custom.

Wow, this a great custom.  Looks almost like something a woman in the Star Wars universe would wear to a costume party if her husband was an X-Wing pilot.   ;)

Very innovative and well done.  I never would have dreamed up something like this.  It's cool and you used a great mix of parts to create her, and excellent painting too.

Nice work!

Great Rebel Pilot bocrebjedi!  Very clever, I never would have thought of something like that.  The fishnet stockings came out great if you ask me, I can only imagine how hard it would have been to do that.

Heres my submission Chewie. Better late than never right. :-[ ;D
Hes  an Ithorian Cheif medical officer. Hes an Ithorian head and limbs on an Ackbar body and heavily sculpied. He was mostly an experiment and I'm not entirely pleased with the way he turned out but here it is. ;D

It looks really cool Ennis, I think I might borrow this design; great sculpting on the legs!  The Ackbar body is a good match for an Ithorian too I think.  The only thing I might suggest is a bit of a touch up on the paint in a few areas, but other than that, it's awesome.  I would definitely buy this from Hasbro if they made it.

I love it!  It is a very cool and original concept.  The sculpting turned out perfectly and it definitely looks "factory," nice work!
As CHEWIE mentioned, the only thing that you might want to do to this figure would be to touch up the paint in a few areas, but other than that, excellent job!
