That's a very cool Fett. I wonder why the gun seems to be stuck at the top of the bubble and not taped somewhere. Also shouldn't there be a cardboard base for his legs? Just seems strange to me that he is in his bubble loose. Maybe that is the way these were produced.

I initially thought the bubble looked like a repro as well.  I have some bubbles like that from years ago when I had planned to make a custom Revenge of the Jedi Fett carded.  However, I know almost nothing about Palitoy and they surely could have packed their figures this way.  I'm sure some of the vintage experts out there could confirm, but I figured it was legit if it had the AFA sticker on it.

Yowza, that Vader's TIE is a beauty!  I managed to grab a CDN Collector's Series a couple years ago, but there weren't any inserts.  Congrats on such a cool local find!

At the antique show this morn, I was able to grab this rarity... more info on the archive:  Darth Vader TIE Fighter (Collector's Series)

Stickers applied, inserts intact & came with the instructions.  8)

I snagged a vintage boxed Wampa at an estate sale yesterday.  The box is opened, but came with the cardboard insert and a minty white figure inside.  I paid $25 for it - not sure if that's a good deal, but happy to upgrade the figure and add a vintage box to the collection as well.  As usual, just nice to find something StarWarsy.

Finding a minty white Wampa is not easy, so to get one with its box and insert for $25 sounds like a great deal to me.

Thanks!  I've gone a bit overboard with my vintage collecting over the last month or so...

Damn, nice pick ups!  I don't have any playsets, some day I'd love to get the cardboard Death Star to display.

Wow!  That's a pretty slick squad of Snowies!  Are you going to get skirts for them as well?

Adding to the recent list:

Ewok Battle Wagon (confirmed)
Droids A-Wing
Slave-I
Sandcrawler with Remote

And my bank account is now officially at $0.   :-\

I'm planning to, though that could take a little longer.  They seem to be tricky to find, and when I do, they aren't cheap.  So I'll just patiently add them over time.
