It lives!

:)

Seriously though, the Lava figures were weird.  They definitely sat...  Some ShadowTroopers sat around here too (or so I have heard, I didn't see them out in my local area but others did get Shadows on clearance at a couple Targets out here).  I think Grievous, if produced heavily, may actually sit...

I think the Lava figs caught people off guard...  I got mine on sale thankfully.  The ShadowTrooper I actually liked.  I'd love an army of him actually, but alas that ain't gonna happen.

The Lava figures were big-time pegwarmers at my Targets... I think they would've done waaayy better if they used the Pilot Obi and Evo Anakin sculpts.

I have to admit, this is much better looking in person. But I don't know if it's opener material.

yes....yes! Demise of Dak. We could get a flattened 1/4" thick 'wafer fig' with x's for eyes and tongue hanging out! I guess roadkill DOES happen in a galaxy far far away(even though technically he was probably already 86'd before the stomp)

I'm just not excited about this Grievous figure... too pricey and I really don't think the fire effects look too good, at least not for that price.  I'm probably in the minority here but I think an Unleashed at this scale would work better for "extreme" scenes like this.

I was able to pick up a few Demise of Grievous figures tonight and something caught my eye.

On clamshell, there is a Hasbro logo, a Lucasfilm logo and a KENNER logo embossed on the back side. I wonder why Kenner got thrown back into the mix?

I was wondering about that as well. Maybe there's something else coming down the pike that will use the clamshell?
