PC virous question(is it gone??)

I got some mailware program that Trend micro pccillin wasn't able to delete.I realized it was in me TEMP. internet files.I deleted all my internet files that means the bugger is gone right?I also checked for the file name and windows couldn't find it so im pretty sure its now "extinct",well I hope.

HELP!!!guys!!

It was some trojain and I had my firewall disabled with out me knowing (silly me).I did a search for the file and couldnt find it at all and couldnt "run" it either.Know I know why my anti virous reported 3 troj. in the last 2 months.(stupid me lol)(gotta keep that firewall on)
