Could one be packed underneath the other one?  I haven't seen the set myself but these guns are really skinny.

That was what I was thinking. I guess it would make sense.

 >:( I finnaly got one, via hook up from D-Reb. I get this badboy out of the box, and ready to open before my Girlfriend can get it and play with them. I get the first Clone out, and he's fantastic. His extra pilot helmet needs a touch up with some paint, but I can do that with my eyes closed. His joints were painted stiff, so I had to work them slightly to loosen them up. Awsome figure. Next I get out the Fellucia grunt. Awsome figure itself, stiff painted joints. I work them, and now he's all set. Sandtrooper on the other hand was painted so thick in black, the arm SNAPPED right the hell off. SNAPPED. I didn't even add much stress, because I was concerned about a break.

Damnit. >:(

I still have yet to find one of these...I saw the Anakin evo at KB for a couple weeks, but I refused to pay 25 bucks for it. Maybe I'll get lucky tomorrow. I'm going out with my dad to get his guitar from the repair shop.
My whole expanse...I cannot see...

The yellow sets have started to become pretty easy to find in and around here as of late. Say the last two or three weeks.

Just saw the update on the main page of pics of the variant set.   Good lord, that Sandtrooper is an amazing paint job.  He practically looks like a different figure.  He must be thirsty, too.   ;)

Right on.  This set is going to break me as this qualify's for mass purchase to me. No more than ten, but that's still 200 bucks. The only saving grace is that I'm not Rob.  ;)

I was just looking at the pics as well (nice job once again), and this variant set really looks nice.  Can't wait to pick this up, and hopefully it isn't too tough to find.  I like the paint job on the Sandtrooper as well, and like the grey ROTS clone a lot too.  I might be looking forward to this set more than the first version.

Once again, Amazon.com dropped their date back, revising the expected date to November 15th.

How on earth they have not yet had any of these for sale is beyond words.   ???
