That is AWESOME Greg!!!  Looks like it's right out of the movie.  Great work, and thanks for sharing that with us.  I just wish I had half the talent as you.

Thanks for all the great responses!  Since I've had to make room, I decided everything prequel must go, including dioramas.  I have it up on eBay now, and so I don't promote it here with a link, I'll just say that you can find it by typing "jedi analysis" in the search box on the main page.  Thanks!

Sorry for the people who've seen this already at RS!

Geez, don't apologize Greg!  Show that stuff off!  You've got some of the best customizing on the net, and we'd love to see a helluva lot more of it here at JD, even if a few of us have seen some of it elsewhere before!  Great customizing jobs like these are worth more than just a few looks.  Not to mention it helps other folks out there with their customizing projects and ideas as well...

It pretty much goes without saying, but your Sailbarge is a thing of beauty.  How long did it take you to complete it?  Did you catch that other one on eBay a couple months ago that went for like $3,500?   :o  Very nice as well...

You should swing by our Collections Forum and throw some of these sweet pictures of your Star Wars room(s) in there.  That setup of yours is just SICK!  You've got every single scene that the rest of us "normal" folks like to set up our figures in, but you do it 100x better with your incredible custom backgrounds and scenery that you add into ALL of yours.  Totally awesome dioramas...  Most jealous I am...   :'(   ;)

Keep up the great work Greg, and we look forward to seeing more of it here in the future!   8)

HERE HERE!!!!

Your stuff always leaves me in awe.  I remember when you were MAKING that thing, wasnt it over at the Jawa U 1st posted that beast?

Taking a break from dioramas, I've been really into upgrading Hasbro 12" figs.  here are some examples:

Lemme fix the links for you:

Nevermind ;)

Those are freakin' amazing man!  That Wampa is very badass; the only thing that you could add to him would be severed TaunTaun limbs  ;)

I really dig that Biggs too, great work!

What 12" bodies do you use?  Do you have to alter the uniforms?

The scariest thing that I've ever seen,
Is the terrible AT-AT walking machine.
It's as big as a house on walking legs,
and whatever it steps on it crushes like eggs.

Wow, that Jedi Luke almost looks like the RAH Medicom version.  The Wampa and cloaked Ben are really outstanding as well.  Nice work, Greg!

Thanks guys! The Obi and Wampa are the original bodies, but the Jedi Luke uses a Dooku body with the pecs sanded down, and the Biggs and Tat Luke use Dragon bodies (also sanded down the pecs on the Tat Luke).  I did have to hot glue the clothing in some places to have a tighter fit.

What robe did you use for the Obi-Wan? As it looks quite a bit darker than the one that came with the original.

Daigo-Bah, it's good to see you posting over here again.  These are just stunning.  I have no experience in 12" customs, but I can tell that it's something that I wouldn't be able to do nearly as good as you.  Those lightsabers hanging on the hooks are just awesome.

My favorite is the Kenobi.  He looks so life-like!
