It's actually a custom I made right around the time the ROTS stuff came out, I actually made it that night before going out at midnight to go looking for toys.  Just a BBI figure w/ the helmet from a POTJ Obi Wan Training Gear and repainted a bit.

Ok, who's ready for a couple more previews?  Here is the teaser poster -

Here are the two preview pics now.  Ignore that one of the clones from before, that was more of a test shot.

I think it is safe to say that this one will be by far the darkest chapter yet in the Rykrof Enloe series, hopefully the best visuals, and a solid storyline I hope.  I will need several more days before it is ready, but it should be up by Christmas.  This one will be loaded with custom dioramas made specifically for the photonovel, with some digital work, but mostly the real thing.

 :P

Just because you've been shot, doesn't mean your dead. Look at 50 Cent. Shot 9 times, and he's still alive.

Should we call Freelo '50 Squid'?

Considering that Freelo wears one of the largest chest plates mankind has ever known, I'd say it will likely take more than one bolt to kill him.  :P  :)

Great update, CHEWIE. Can't wait to see the new chapter.

You'd wear one too if you could. :P

Yes, yes I would :)

I said it before when Freelo first showed up in armor in one of CHEWIE's updates that I thought it spoke volumes of the character Freelo appeared to be from his earlier appearance on Dathomir. When things got hot, Freelo got gone.

Now, if you're a "champion" of battle like Freelo, and you know you can't run away next time, what do you do? Lug around the biggest, thickest armor you can find, like a turtle. :)

Hee hee "Turtle Armor" - I like that.  I think his armor is hilarious, and the character himself can be a riot if portrayed properly.

Yes it's oversized armor, and I don't want to give away what happens, but I should say, don't jump to any conclusions.   ;)

So do you guys think the pics are improving any w/ my new camera?  I know they're not perfect, but I think they are a little more clear.

Freelo is my favorite character in the story!!!  Long live Freelo!

I think Rykrof should die and Freelo should become the new protagonist!

Least favorite character:  Tylin "Asshat" Gere.

5th Favorite character:  Ralbarr

11th favorite character:  Tam Heem

8th Favorite character:  Trigg Fudda

Soon to be my new second favorite character if her new outfit is any indication:  Elyssa Enloe

Best design for character not yet introduced:  "Poppa" Enloe

Best use of "existing" SW character:  Dooku.  Close second:  Valorum, the Jimmy Carter of the Rykrof/SW universe whose post-presidential career far outshines his time in office.

Worst use of existing SW character:  Padme.  She FINKED on Rykrof for no reason!!

Second use worst of existing SW character:  Anakin (Hate the Evo. Anakin who does nothing but stand behind Palpatine and glower with that awful face sculpt of his.)

Favorite characters not appearing in this series:  Captain Jack Sparrow, Vic Mackey, Maynard G. Krebs, Deak "Starkiller" Veridian

CHEW-DAWG

Loving the pics from your new camera. I think upgrading cameras is a bit of a catch-22.

On one hand, they capture greater detail and more true lighting. On the other, they capture greater detail (showing imperfection) and more true lighting (that shows the subjects to be toys as opposed to characters).

You've done a great job learning about your new camera and have thusfar avoided making toyish looking shots for us. :) The Dark Exchange title frame, for example, shows the power of your new toy without making Rykrof look like a toy. ;)

Kevin

Maybe we should call him "50 cred" and get /him/ a record label.

... And maybe a doorag. I'd LOVE to see what freelo would look like wearing a doorag :P

You guys are hilarious.  I'll reply to all your comments tomorrow.   ;)

On a side note, as many of you know, I had 10 lots of figures in the classifieds section for sale, running about $5.00 per figure.  Sold 7 of the lots (thank you!!!) and decided to repaint the ones that didn't sell and mix them in with a few others.  These are on ebay now, to help with my Christmas expenses.

I tried to do the right thing in offering most of them here first, as I did offer them here for a couple weeks.  But gotta move on and help out my money situation.
