CHEWIE - I love your version of the Mygeeto Clones!  Very cool.

Did you have as much trouble as me with the Bacara to SA clone body conversion?  I had to do a neck-peg swap, sand down the backpack of the SA Clone, and glue his kama onto the body.  Is it just me?  ???

I didn't have to do anything other than just pop the heads off and switch them(well the shoulder pad/kilt too).

The shoulder pad on mine snapped on, but it was hard to get it to.  I ended up having to glue the kilt on though.

The Mygeeto Clones on the other hand were a major pain to do.  I had a lot of trouble painting them, but that might be because I haven't been feeling well lately.

Ok two last quickies before I leave town for about a week -

Taal Pab -

Grodd -

I didn't have time to do any painting on these.  I might paint them/dry brush some on them later when they make their photonovel appearance.  Grodd is a member of the Badoo Corba terrorist organization...

I was about to say i love your Clones, but that Gran is very impressive. I think he is my favorite custom of yours ever. Blows everyone out of the water even.

Thanks Dimetrodon, do you think I should paint the Gran?  If so, what colors would you like to see?

Grodd is really cool.  I like the color scheme on him now, I think you should just dry brush him a bit but keep the original color scheme.

Thanks guys.  I'll probably dry brush Grod a bit.

Looks like my hosting service is down right now... dirty punks

It's good to be back, maybe I can make a couple customs this weekend and back into the swing of things.   :)

Hey here's one that I did tonight while watching the Cardinals game.  I ran to the hobby shop, bought some misc. flower stuff and some wood, and came up with this.  It's supposed to be Felucia.  I didn't reference the movie for it, and I know it's not film accurate, but it works for a filler diorama piece on one of my shelves.  Eventually I'll get around to customizing some Felucia clones; I just haven't jumped on that bandwagon yet.

Movie accurate ot not, this turned out really well. It's a really great display piece, makes me wish I had a house instead of a condo, so I had room to build some dioramas.

I love the big blue flower...that's my favorite part. If I was going to make any suggestions, it'd be to have some mushrooms scattered about, about calf-level. That would be an easy enough addition that would bring this baby home.

I was almost thinking about maiking somthing similar to that for the Slave C and the setup you have there is really movie like. And thats what I wanna build somthing "movie like". Keep it up your work is always cool to see. ;D

Wow.  I was just thinking about this the other day.  I wanted to make a handful of small dioramas like this:

The one you just did with Aayla getting hosed
Ki Adi getting hosed by Bacara and some Mygeeto clones
Utapau with Cody clones including the one jumping on the crab droid
Zett Jukassa cutting down blue clones
Red Coruscant clones retrieving Anakin

That is just about the size I was going to make as well.

Nice job as usual.

The death of Aayla diorama, pretty cool.
Now you have to make an alternate scorch mark Aayla for it.
haha  ;)

Thanks guys.  I think with my conserved amount of space now, I am going to be making many more of these mini-scenes.

How do you display your figures and works anyway? I'm not sure I can recall any collection pictures or that sort of thing. Just curious, because You have a lot of really cool pieces, some of them quite big.
