Ha Ha... you guys are a riot.  I'm not really trying to make her look like a whore, you'll see more in an upcoming story about her.

And for the 14th installment in the Rykrof series, I am about 1/4 of the way done with the photography and special effects.  Still a ways to go.  Last night I think I made some good progress.

I will show one more preview from that story before it goes "live."

What did you do to the Dooku to make him look more realistic? The cross eyes should be a two minute job to fix. What version of photoshop are you using now? Have you tried Paint.net ? I'm actually finding it easier to use than photoshop and I can still do lot of the same effects.

For the eyes/mouth, I used existing pics of Christopher Lee and merged the eyes and mouth some with the Hasbro figure.

Well, I actually don't have Photoshop at all.  I have Picture It which is ok, but not the greatest.  To me, his eyes don't look too cross-eyed, but more or less too close together... I messed around with it a bit last night and it's looking a little better.  Even though it doesn't look perfect, I still think it looks better than the Hasbro figure, and much better than I could paint on my own (which I do plan on trying eventually).

I tried downloading that Paint.net, but I couldn't get it to download.  Ugh.  I can't even get AIM on my computer at home.  Don't know why.  I've been round and round with it, and I give up.

They don't show up because he doesn't have the bandwidth to host the older ones in addition to the new ones. Try his Custom Alliance site, it should have 1-5.

CHEWIE - that Dooku looks really good.  If you fix the cross-eyed look, he'll be perfect.  I really like the detailing that you added to his beard, it looks really lifelike!

Baragon, I'm sorry, but those photonovels were taken down a while back due to a revamping of them, sort of a Special Edition.  They should be back up soon, I've been keeping my fingers crossed!  And I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

On a side note, here is a test shot for an upcoming story.  This took me about 3 damn hours to make.

3 hours well spent I'd say. :)

Very nice mixtureof elements, I love all the different layers in the landscape and the reflection in the water, I think it's be cool if you could make reflections of the droids. Other than that this is a great look shot. :)

I like the way you brought all of those elements together in photoshop. Reflections of the droids would be cool as would ripples around their feet. I like the spray of water near Ventress's skirt.

Chewie, have you ever heard of a program called Bryce? It's a 3d landscape generator. You can do this same image more realistically in Bryce than you could ever do in photoshop. You could even add some animation to it. The program is really easy to use and creates fantastic images. The program is about $100 but very powerful.

Thanks for the compliments guys.  What a difficult pic that was for me.  The mountains right behind them are actual ones that are in my dioramas, and the figures are all from my collection as well.  The rest is added elements digitally.  I'd love to make reflections of the droids, but I started to and it looked really horrible...

I don't have Photoshop, I have a program called Picture It.  It's a basic program but I'm getting a little better with it still.  But it really has its limitations.

I also have a Photo Impact program that is hard as hell to use, I haven't dabbled into it too much.

Phruby, that looks like an interesting program.  I'll look into it, and thanks for the idea.

That looks great CHEWIE!  I agree that maybe adding the reflections of the battle droids would make it more realistic - also maybe you could "submerge" some of the droids that are in the middle of the water.  Still, looking cool as hell!

Well their feet are a little bit submerged, but I guess I could make the water look a little deeper in some areas?
