So great to see you here at JD.  As one of the best customizers in the known galaxy, I do hope you continue to post your work here and find time to comment.

I have seen most of this before, but I think it's all beautiful work! 

I don't know if I ever said this, but I am positively in love with Master (Mistress?) Tala, as much as it's possible for a man to love a 4" plastic toy.  She's gorgeous.

And look at all the Ithorians!  Holey moley!  The new Hammerhead sculpt is great, but you've proven what a versatile figure it is....your creations are never less than astounding in the originality and execution.

Aces all around, old friend.  Fantastic work.

Just a repaint, and I know I didn't follow the TPM paint scheme like Hasbro did or in the movie, but I am happy with this version better.  I'd also make more of these if I could find a good body/torso for them.   So far no luck.

As always, your stuff is RIDICULOUS, Chewie.  Amazing.     I really like the ELizaeth Swann Jedi custom; very nice use of color there.  And the Blizzard snowtroopers, they look like they belong in the movie.

Great paint work on Gragra, although those big red eyes do freak me out a little. Then again, so does her entire face!

Same goes for the Dathomir creature. From what I've read in the novels, Dathomir isn't the cosiest place to hang around, mainly because of its residents... Excellent low profile paint on that er... being.

The Clone Trooper looks green, man! As in fresh from the training grounds, that is. Nice straight lines there and the colour of the visor is a nice change as well.

Also, I know I compain quite a bit that I don't have enough time to customize... it's pretty true.  I have to usually customize very late at night and work on my photonovels at odd hours to even be able to do them.  Once the baby is born in June, I wonder how much free time I'll have for this.

That being said, I took advantage of last weekend and got a few more customs done.

D4-602 - ancient astromech droid

I wasn't happy with it at that point, and some people at Scum suggested I weather him some more and add an eye to his dome.  So here was my second attempt -

Really though, I was not happy with that version either.  People said it was better, but I though that I totally overdid the painting/weathering and that it looked like he had barely survived a fire or something.  So this weekend, I dusted him off and tried again.

I can't remember what all the parsts were to this, but the primary difference is the dome - it's from part of a wheel to some army tank.  I think I like this paint scheme a lot better.  I know it's not perfect, but I think this is how this droid will appear in the Rykrof Enloe series now when it is time for his time to shine.   :wink:

All I did was take FX-7 apart for another custom and here's what I had left.  I figured that there should be terminals all over the galaxy that inform travelers and citizens of information, such as directions, current news, etc.  So that is what this is and Freelo from the Rykrof Enloe series is using it in the above image.

Then, I copied the Fritzkrieg walker a bit that he posted a couple weeks ago, giving it a dirtier paint job, and less firepower.  This is from the walker from the GI JOE Sigma Six line.
