Holy ****! if you do multiples, put me down for a commander cody or two, and I'll send some cash or parts your way, depending on your preferance.

Duly noted, sir!

I plan on doing multiples of everything...I have over a quart of resin that's just taking up space.  ;D

Most likely, I would be interested in trading for fodder. I feel weird taking cash from my pals.  :P

They sure are. I sculpted the fin on to add a little variety among them.

I'll probably do this with a lot of the casts I do to maximize our customzing potential.  ;D

Any pics of the custom Commander Cody helmet?

Maybe you can also do a Commander Neyo helmet. That way, you know...there's variety...or the fact that I want one. :-p

The Cody helmet is not completely finished yet. I'll post pics when it is, and get to work on a Neyo.  ;)

Awsome. You definatley need a messanger service so we can chat customs.

I convinced CHEWIE to download AIM to chat with.

I'm looking forward to seeing that Cody DD. He is such a sweet design, I'm sure we'll  get one from Hasbro sometime butuntil then customs will do :)

I finished my Commander Bly tonight and my commander Gree last night, I'm thinking about giving Cody a shot as well, but my supplies are crap and space is limited, I really need to get some new brushes and yellow paint before I attampt him.

AIM is a good thing to have I chat with Famine a lot, CHEWIE if you have it, I'd like you tag. There is also the chat room at FFURG but it is pretty empty.

Awesome ARC trooper there. I always liked Alpha and the ARC's. Isn't his skirt supposed to be blue though?
Otherwise just pure greatness at hand.

I would like to see you try a Quinlan Vos next. Jedi with a Gun.
Everything you make always impresses me, lets see how well you can do at such a challenge.
I believe I've yet to see any such custom too.

Famine, I'm experiencing technical difficulties with the download.  I tried downloading it today, and my dial up kept getting disconnected.  I think I need to wait until I can get cable pipeline (DSL is unavailable in my subdivision for some stupid reason).

Those casts look fantastic DD.  Simply awesome.  You are really going to be making everyone jealous with your upcoming customs (I know I already am).

I just started this today, but now I can't leave it alone. I dremeled out the helmet and added the articulated Jango head. Here's the updated pic.

I've always dug this character, but I am really happy with this custom so far.

-DD

Do you have a refrence shot of this? And how did you get the Jango head onto this guy?

I can't seem to find any other pics of him online than this one -

The head that DD used is perfect for this figure.

Yeah, I was going to use any old head I had laying around, but... ;D

Anyhoo, here's some reference pics of Alpha from OBSESSION #5. (Sounds like a Calvin Klein product...)

Like I said, I still need to paint the skirt.

"I see," said the blind man, as he picked up his hammer and saw! ;D

I knew Alpha only as an ARC, and not as a 501st looking Clone Commander.

Note that Alpha lacks the stripe down the chest of the 501st. He's part of another legion.

To attach the Jango head to the figure I cut off the Clone head neck post, then dremeled a small hole in the stump. I cut Jango's head to size, inseted a pin to allow the head to turn, then inserted that in the hole in the neck.

Minor surgery to prepare me for the articulation nightmare I'm struggling with now...  ;D
