You know, as much as I love Coke, and as much as I love coffee... I've never wanted Coke and Coffee at the same time.

Have any of you not drank a soda for a day or two and then get a massive headache? I have on may occations. That's why I stopped drinking soda.

I have to watch it when I am offered a diet drink, D.A.  Your trouble may be aspartame (sp?) artificial sweetener.

If i have too much aspertame, it kicks my migraines into full gear.
Now you know...and knowing is half the battle.

i discovered in england vanilla diet coke, and i wish i could go to london just to pick a bottle of this.

I've been having a hard time figuring this out too.  I think it's basically the same as Diet Coke, but is supposed to taste more like regular Coke.

Sounds, uh, interesting.  I don't really drink much coffee (my stomach hates me when I do), but I'll try anything once.

I've been having a hard time figuring this out too.  I think it's basically the same as Diet Coke, but is supposed to taste more like regular Coke. 

fine by me but ive been drinking diet coke for such a long time i don't think i'll like the taste of a reg coke

Coke Zero is Diet Coke with Splenda instead of NutraSweet.  And it does taste MUCH more like regular Coke.

Same thing with Sprite Zero.

Wild Cherry Pepsi, Pepsi One, and Cherry Vanilla Diet Dr. Pepper all use Splenda as well, and all taste fantastic.

I predict the days are numbered for traditional Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi.  Splenda is just SO MUCH BETTER.

I don't really know. If I'm going to have like pizza or a sandwich, I'm gonna drink Coke. It sort of has a crisper and more classic taste. But if I'm just having a drink, I drink Pepsi. It's more sugary.

I'd agree with that sentiment, though I prefer Diet Dr. Pepper over either of the main products.

I'll concur on the Coke Zero taste aspect, it's much better and has brought back the joy of rum and coke.  Much as I've become used to the aspartamey after taste, it still doesn't belong with booze. 

Interesting to note the widespread use of Splenda in the US.  The Canadian versions of Coke Zero and Diet Dr. Pepper both still use aspartame or so the bottles in front of me state.  I think I still have some American Coke Zero at home, so I may have to snag a can of the Canadian version to do a taste test.

Actual, Coke Zero doesn't contain Splenda (but there is a horrible tasting Diet Coke with Splenda). Zero's a completely new formula. I was loving it until a month or so back when I decided to drop caffiene entirely since my nerves were about to shatter and it's contribution just wasn't helping.
