Well, the last time Hasbro said anything official was 8 months ago.

Back then, they were Wal-Mart exclusive, but at this point since they've been delayed so long, anything is possible I guess...

'Scum has a report of the three newest being found in Kentucky on their front page.

A couple guys on the spawn board found them too.

I checked our local WM this morning, just because I was in the area, but no signs there.  Not surprised though, our local store isn't a big SW supporter this year it seems.  Hopefully these won't be too tough to find, I really want to pick up that Han Stormtrooper.

Yeah, the shocktrooper would be nice too.  I'm hoping to pick that one up too, even though I originally thought I would stick to OT-only with this line.  It depends on the budget, but the Han Stormie is first priority, then the Shock :).

More confirmation that these are Wal-Mart only (unless the e-tailer is importing from Asia or something).

From NewForce Comics:
We have been alerted by Hasbro, that this item we presold starting last year, has been converted to, and sold as a Walmart Exclusive, and therefore will not be sold direct to any US accounts other than Walmart. So head down to your local Walmart to procure, as we will not receive any product direct from hasbro, effectively cancelling all preorders.

Thanks for posting that Jeff.  Well, its at least good to hear where we should be able to find these.  I've been checking our WM on and off since the first report(s) surfaced last week, but there's no sign.  Our stores haven't been real big supporters of SW this year, so we'll see how it goes.  I really want to pick up that Stormie Han, so hopefully they'll do an endcap dealie or something.  There's definitely no room in the aisle for them, at least not the way it is set up now.

Just found 'em at my local WalMart in Burke, VA.    3 unopened cases sitting under a pile of other boxes.   Picked up 1 of each of the new ones... not too impressed with the Chewie- pose is too much like the other one... but the Shocktropper and Han are aweseome!

Happy Hunting,

Jeff

Yeah, the Chewie is exactly the same as the first release.  Just a new shield and blaster.  Maybe a new base.

I got them last nite during the stock. They were sent in a long case of 9/ 3each type. They come in display boxes for an endcap..my store got 3 cases. As with unleashed in the past..I expect the WM's to only get onetime/one shipment. What's the rumor I read about Hasbro continuing the line and the rumor that Target will get these and sell them for 19.99$ >:(?

EDIT: I forgot to mention they were $14 something each in cost
