Picked up the entire Tatooine wave minus R5-D4 yesterday at Walmart.

Picked up a Garindan for upgrading today. I'm almost done with this wave.

Scored x4 The Hunt For Grievous BP today at my local TRU.
It was the stores' first shipment..they only got 1 case(x6) that I split with Darth Gamboa here. I power walked it and beat x5 scalpers to the treasure. I thought their bottom jaws were gonna hit the floor with envy when they saw me taking away their precious money chances with my haul !

Darth Gamboa and myself done some 'intel' and knew the product was coming in this morning..it pays off to do the research when possible.  .

I'm sure the store will get further shipments..and larger but it's nice to have this set out of the way.

But the funny thing is, I really think that scalpers are making below minimum wage with their antics.  Star Wars figures are expensive right now.  It's hard to mark them up that much more than they are already.  Plus, the daily hunts these losers conduct must be a bitch in the wallet with the fuel costs these days.  I really think that for 99% of the two bit scalpers out there, it isn't even close to being worth their while.  And when they get stuck with some stuff that they can't sell, more gas to return them.  You'd have to move a very large amount of figures to make a decent buck off this stuff.

I maintain to this day that a scalper has never been able to prevent me from getting the figures I want in the quantity I want them, at retail.

Picked up R5 and Hammerhead at Target now I'm caught up, that was quicker than I could have hoped for.

Picked up the CW Gunship, still no sign of the Tatooine wave.

Our local TRU had a few VTSC figures clearanced due to someone stealing the papers/stickers from them for the George Trooper offer.  I picked up an extra Han Endor for $6 and change.

I went to TRU to find quite a few Space Whales, but no BP's. Then I went to Target, and they had every Mos Eisley figure except for R5-D4. I got Momaw and the Sandy, which brings me to a total of 4 Mos Eisley wave figures. Once I find R5, I will be getting him, too.

EDIT: And you know what's weird? My change for my Target purchase was 66 cents. Y'know, how today is 6/6/06 and everything? Just kinda weird.
